Call (316) 267-1852, ideally Monday or Tuesday from 9 AM – 1 PM when volunteers are available. Leave a clear message and we'll call back.

Before you come
A few important things to know.
- Appointments are every 15 minutes, with a 10-minute arrival window. If your appointment is at 11:15 AM, arrive between 11:05 and 11:25 AM.
- Please arrive on time. Our volunteers prep each food box just before your slot. If you arrive too early, we may ask you to come back at your scheduled time. If you're late, we may need to reschedule.
- Weather affects us. Our volunteers stand outside to serve you, so extreme heat, cold, or storms may reduce availability or close us early. We'll always do our best to keep your time available.
- Need to reschedule? Just call (316) 267-1852 — no need to fill out another online form.

How often can I come to the pantry?
To make sure we can help as many people as possible, families are limited to one visit per month.
What do I do if I need to change my appointment time?
Don't book a second online appointment. Call us at (316) 267-1852 and tell us you need to reschedule.
What if I lost my pantry card and don't remember my card number?
Call the pantry hotline and we can look it up. If we don't answer, leave a message and we'll call you back.
Do you give out pet food?
Yes — while supplies last. There's a place on the online form to let us know if you need pet food for your dogs or cats. Please only request what you actually need.
Do you help with rent or utilities?
We don't have the resources for cash assistance, but we can help with food. For utility or rent help, call the United Way help line by dialing 211.
Do you have a clothes closet?
Not currently. We switched from a drop-in center to drive-through in 2020 and haven't reopened the clothes closet since.
